COVID-19 Safety Protocols

Your health and safety are our top priority at SUNNY Acupuncture & Herb. Please familiarize yourself with our COVID-19 safety protocol before arriving at the clinic.

  • Prior to your appointment, if you have any symptoms of COVID-19, please call to reschedule. Symptoms include fever, chills, cough, shortness of breath, muscle or body aches, headache, loss of taste or smell, sore throat, runny nose, nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea.

  • Please arrive no earlier than 10 minutes to your appointment time to limit interaction with other patients.

  • Masks are no longer required at the clinic, but a mask will be provided if needed.

  • Upon arrival, all patients will have their temperature checked and hand sanitizer will be provided. Patients with a fever will be asked to reschedule their visit.

  • Appointment times for patients have been spaced out to ensure little to no interaction with other patients. During this time, patient rooms will be disinfected and paper coverings for the treatment area (i.e. table, face cradle, pillow, etc) will be replaced after each patient.

  • The waiting room will be disinfected multiple times throughout the day.

  • HEPA air filters will be placed in each patient treatment room as well as the waiting area.
