Now Accepting Insurance

We are happy to announce that we are now accepting insurance! We are currently in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield. However, acupuncture coverage varies based on your health insurance plan, and your policy may have a limit on the number of sessions actually covered by insurance. For other insurances, we can provide you with a superbill (a detailed receipt for insurance) upon your request for you to file with your insurance company.

To verify your health insurance coverage for acupuncture, please contact us using one of the following methods. Please allow 1-2 business days for verification.

  • Submit the Insurance Verification Form below.

  • Book an appointment online and input your insurance information in your intake form. You will be given the option to use your phone to take a picture and upload your health insurance card for your convenience. Please schedule your appointment at least two days after the day of booking to allow time to verify your insurance coverage.

  • Call us at (832) 284-4091 or email us at sunny@sunnyacuclinic.com with your name, date of birth, and policy #.

Effective March 27, 2024, after much deliberation, we have decided to end our in-network partnership with American Specialty Health, including Cigna. This means we will not bill American Specialty Health, and their contracted insurance companies, on your behalf. However, we can provide you with a superbill for you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. We apologize for the inconvenience. We appreciate your continued support and will gladly discuss your treatment plan and available care plans to help you meet your treatment goals. If you have any questions, please reach out.
